MedTech20
MedTech20® is a method including a survey measuring the everyday quality-of-life of patients (Lesén et al, 2017). The questions are scientifically validated and can be applied to all types of products used by patients with any type of disease/disability. It can be used in various phases in the product’s lifecycle including documentation of User Experiences according to MDR. The results of the survey (MedTech20®Questionnaire) can be transformed into an index (MedTech®Index) that may be used in cost-effectiveness analyses.
MedTech20® is digitalized from collection of patient-level responses to analyses of data, meaning results are delivered immediately after completion of the study.
