A new ATMP workforce development initiative
Problem
To be an attractive location for clinical trials, retain talent and scale-up homegrown talent supply, the Swedish life science ecosystem must adapt to alleviate the effect of global competition and the fast-paced development in the ATMP field.
Solution
A cross-sectoral initiative for ATMP workforce development, backed by SEK 26.7 million in funding*, will address the demand for skills of both the healthcare sector and SMEs.
The initiative is based on a joint work plan –two complementary projects form the foundation of the effort:

Funded by European Regional Development Fund and Environmental and Regional Development Committee at Region Västra Götaland.
Project: ATMP workforce development - for healthcare professionals
Funded by European Social Fund and Environmental and Regional Development Committee at Region Västra Götaland.
