HealthTech Venture Pulse 2025 Ignites Sweden’s HealthTech Ecosystem: Startups, Investors, and Breakthrough Connections Under One Roof

Gothenburg, Sweden - On 14 October 2025, Sahlgrenska Science Park welcomed an exclusive gathering of Sweden’s most promising health-technology ventures and leading investors at the invite-only HealthTech Venture Pulse 2025. In partnership with Vator Securities, the event offered a curated, high-impact platform showcasing 12 startups from across Sweden, providing a launchpad for scaling healthtech, medtech and digital-health innovations.


HealthTech Venture Pulse aims to accelerate the growth of Swedish healthtech startups by connecting them with the capital and expertise they need to scale. By collaborating with top incubators and accelerators, the event highlights companies with cutting-edge technologies in medtech, digital health, and life sciences, emphasizing solutions that can transform healthcare locally and globally.


A Night of Innovation, Pitching and Connection

The programme opened with an inspiring keynote by Dr. Jonathan Gertler, CEO of Back Bay Life Sciences Advisors, who explored “Across the Great Divide: Making Nordic HCIT Ideas Succeed in the U.S. Healthcare System.”

Jonathan Gertler, Managing Partner and CEO Back Bay Life Science Advisors delivered the keynote:

“Across the Great Divide: Making Nordic HCIT Ideas Succeed in the U.S. Healthcare System”  


The keynote focused on:

  •  Actionable recommendations for founders, investors, and operators

Two fast-paced pitch sessions followed:

  • Pitch Session 1: Mabel AI, Stardots, Mirno, Acorai, Cognes and Navari Surgical.

  • Pitch Session 2: Multi4, Xaga Surgical, Anyo Labs, Aligned Bio, BrainZell and Verigraft.


Attendees then transitioned into deep-dive conversations, deal-making opportunities and strategic discussions all in the relaxed yet purpose-driven atmosphere of Sahlgrenska Science Park’s Biotech Centre.

While the energy of the evening was electric, the concrete outcomes are equally significant. Several participating startups have already entered follow-up talks with investors, signalling that HealthTech Venture Pulse is more than a showcase - it’s a deal-flow driver.
