From co-ax accelerator to investor stage: Brainlink and Bioelectrix selected for Healthtech venture pulse 2026

Two companies supported through Sahlgrenska Science Park's accelerator initiatives, Brainlink and Bioelectrix, have been selected to present at HealthTech Venture Pulse 2026, an exclusive investor-founder event bringing together some of the most promising healthtech ventures in Sweden and a curated audience of leading investors. Organized by Sahlgrenska Science Park.
Their selection follows a competitive review process in which more than 60 companies, nominated by Sweden's leading incubators, accelerators, investor networks and innovation organisations, were evaluated by an experienced panel. Only twelve companies were chosen to take the stage.
One of twelve
HealthTech Venture Pulse was created to connect investment-ready healthtech companies with the right investors in a focused setting designed for meaningful conversations and long-term partnerships.
This year's investor audience includes leading venture capital firms, family offices, angel networks and sector-focused investors from across the Nordic ecosystem, including HealthCap, Industrifonden, Saminvest, Linc, Almi Invest, Segulah Medical, Spintop Ventures, Aleap Ventures and several others.
Being selected means joining a group of twelve companies identified as particularly promising opportunities within Sweden's healthtech landscape.
The selected companies are:
Bioelectrix, Volumeer, Uman Sense, PERIsign, True Dose, N23 Health, BrainLink, Profundus, Inossia, Suturion, Pixlbio and CytaCoat.
A journey through CO-AX accelerator
Brainlink and Bioelectrix have used CO-AX to strengthen their path toward market adoption, investment readiness and growth.

Brainlink has advanced its development of wireless intracranial pressure monitoring and adjustable shunt technology while receiving support in commercial strategy, clinical and regulatory planning, investor readiness and business development.
Throughout 2026, the company refined its investment proposition, expanded its investor network and increased its visibility through targeted communications and industry engagement, culminating in its selection for HealthTech Venture Pulse 2026.

Bioelectrix, which develops bioelectronic treatment for hard-to-heal wounds, joined CO-AX through a co-incubation arrangement and has since accelerated both its regulatory and commercial development.
Through connections to regulatory expertise, industry partners and investors, the company has strengthened its international ambitions, attracted investor interest, and expanded its network across Europe and the United States. Its selection for both TechBBQ and Healthtech venture pulse 2026 reflects the progress made during this stage of its journey.
