Awarding promising entrepreneurs

Innovation and knowledge in conjunction with good entrepreneurship is tributed when Sahlgrenska Science Park is awarding a prize in Nobel laureate Arvid Carlsson’s honour. The winner will be recognized at the virtual life science event Park Annual on 7 October 2021.

“Swedish Nobel Laureate Arvid Carlsson was not just an out-standing researcher, but also a true entrepreneur. Together with Sahlgrenska Science Park he established the Arvid Carlsson Award to highlight promising entrepreneurs in Life Science and handed out the first award in 2017 to Hector Martinez and Erik Gatenholm from Cellink. (Bico).

This year marks the 5th anniversary, and it’s a great pleasure to welcome all the previous winners as members of the jury for the 2021 award, ” says Marianne Dicander Alexandersson, Chairman of the board, Sahlgrenska Science Park.

Think of an entrepreneur that deserves to be celebrated! An entrepreneur who drives development forward for people’s health and welfare. Nominate to the Arvid Carlsson Award by Sahlgrenska Science Park on 13 September at the latest.
