Bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals and investors, Park Annual by Sahlgrenska Science Park celebrates innovation and collaboration across life science, healthtech and medtech.
The event is free and open to all, offering a valuable opportunity to learn, network and discover emerging innovations shaping the future of healthcare.
Since its launch in 2005, Park Annual has become a well-established meeting place for life science and healthtech innovation in West Sweden and beyond, connecting stakeholders across academia, healthcare, industry and investment.
The goal of Park Annual is to strengthen regional innovation and provide a platform where ideas can develop into solutions with real impact on people’s lives.

The programme combines keynote sessions, startup presentations and networking moments, creating opportunities for insight, dialogue and collaboration throughout the event.
Keynote speakers and expert perspectives

Park Annual features keynote speakers from research, healthcare leadership and the public sector, sharing perspectives on current challenges and future directions in life science, medtech and healthcare.
Startup presentations

Early-stage startups take the stage to present ideas, technologies and research-driven innovations, followed by audience Q&A that encourages dialogue, reflection and new connections.
Networking and exhibition

Between sessions, participants meet speakers, peers and innovators in the exhibition area and networking spaces, creating opportunities for informal conversations and collaboration.

Studio specifications
Adjusted for easy scale-up for larger productions
The setup and all ingoing equipment are designed to fit external supplier’s technical equipment, providing a flexible upgrade through rental of additional technical equipment and support staff to use the same studio for larger events.
Sahlgrenska Science Park can offer additional support and tailored production services via partners on demand, such as production manager, video photographer, visual operator etc. The cost for added services is not included in above prices and will depend on requirements.
Sound equipment
Flexible sound equipment to secure three presenters with headsets and one handheld microphone for any guests. The system is compatible with standard rental equipment to be easily scaled up to several participants. Wireless microphone units with chargeable batteries including an extra setup of batteries and charger. Speakers for listening regarding e.g., incoming sound from Teams / Zoom etc. 16 channel audio mixer with programmable touch screen.

Video, light, comfort & streaming equipment
Video-, light, comfort- and streaming equipment base setup to support a high branded level of internally managed Teams/Zoom meetings, as well as professional supported larger streamed events. For larger events the base setup can be supplemented with additional cameras, video micro, microphones etc.
